- 2-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance.
- MINIMUM $600 fine plus court costs
- Completion of a DUI Safely School
DUI 3RD Offense
- MINIMUM of 120 DAYS in jail
- 11 months 29 days of probation
- 6-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance.
- MINIMUM $1100 fine plus court costs
- Completion of a DUI Safely School
DUI 4th Offense
- Class E FELONY with a range of punishment between 1 to 6 years
- MINIMUM of 150 DAYS in jail
- 8-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance.
- MINIMUM $3000 fine plus court costs
- Completion of a DUI Safely School
