  • Completion of a DUI Safely School

DUI 2nd Offense

  • MINIMUM of 45 DAYS in jail
  • 11 months 29 days of probation 
  • 2-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance. 
  • MINIMUM $600 fine plus court costs
  • Completion of a DUI Safely School

DUI 3RD Offense

  • MINIMUM of 120 DAYS in jail
  • 11 months 29 days of probation 
  • 6-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance. 
  • MINIMUM $1100 fine plus court costs
  • Completion of a DUI Safely School

DUI 4th Offense

  • Class E FELONY with a range of punishment between 1 to 6 years
  • MINIMUM of 150 DAYS in jail
  • 8-year loss of license – You can obtain a restricted license with the installation of an ignition interlock and proof of SR 22 Insurance. 
  • MINIMUM $3000 fine plus court costs
  • Completion of a DUI Safely School
Not Guilty
1st Degree Premeditated Murder & Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Premeditated Murder - Not Guilty after 4 days of trial, and 5 hours of jury deliberations.
